Painted on raw French linen, Soft Edges began with an act of restraint: a hand-traced drawing in white, before pigment ever touched the surface.
Natural earth pigments ground the background in something solid and quiet, while layers of acrylic build outward in translucent washes, allowing color to bleed into color and form into form.
Botanical shapes: aloe leaves, stem emerge and dissolve beneath overlapping veils of paint.
The title carries a double meaning. Soft Edges describes the painting's technique, its transparency, its refusal of hard boundaries. But it also marks a shift in the artist herself: a movement away from sharpness, toward something less defined by lines. More willing to let things overlap.
This piece comes unframed and is a one of a kind original acrylic painting that cannot be re-produced. Packaged professionally by hand.
All originals are shipped in very safe boxes by the Swiss Postal service or FEDEX. You will receive a tracking number and you'll be required to sign the parcel upon receipt.
Once your work of art has arrived, you will own the original piece with all the texture and depth of an original. However, I retain all copyrights and reproduction rights to my artwork - they do not transfer with the sale of original pieces.

Refunds and returns are only available for undamaged pieces in their original packaging.
Returns must be insured with the value of the painting. Please keep proof of postage and it's recommended to always send the item tracked. Items cannot be refunded if they don't make it back or arrive damaged.
