Worked in acrylic, oil pastels and natural pigment on unbleached cotton canvas, Philodendron Hope is a plant most people walk past without a second look. This painting asks you to stop.
Gold grounds the composition, broken by organic translucent shapes of coral and citrine with dusty violet threading through like something caught mid-shift. Some leaves sit solid and grounded; others turn nearly transparent and floating, thin veils of color letting the canvas breathe through them.
The foundation is made from natural pigments crafted by the artist from plants and minerals, and the raw cotton surface remains visible throughout, lending the piece its characteristic warmth. Layered acrylics build a space that feels alive and protective.
This piece comes unframed and is a one of a kind original acrylic painting that cannot be re-produced. Packaged professionally by hand.
All originals are shipped in very safe boxes by the Swiss Postal service or FEDEX. You will receive a tracking number and you'll be required to sign the parcel upon receipt.
Once your work of art has arrived, you will own the original piece with all the texture and depth of an original. However, I retain all copyrights and reproduction rights to my artwork - they do not transfer with the sale of original pieces.

Returns must be insured with the value of the painting. Please keep proof of postage and it's recommended to always send the item tracked. Items cannot be refunded if they don't make it back or arrive damaged.
