“Spring Sparks”
From May 1st 2026 to May 3rd 2026
When spring awakens, when nature glows with light and the buds gently unfold, the world seems to breathe anew.
Our bodies and minds also yearn for this soft and delicate rebirth. In this suspended moment between awakening and poetry, give yourself a pause to breathe, create, and truly feel.
Blending floral art, painting, and yoga, this retreat celebrates all that is alive, an invitation to reconnect with your inner self, with nature, and with the vibrant rhythm of spring.

Create and breathe to invite renewal
This creative retreat is a gentle union of floral workshops, yoga sessions, and introduction to painting techniques.
Flowers call for softness. Body movement calls for balance. Colors invite daydreaming and poetry. Together, they awaken a new energy, both gentle and vibrant, the energy of spring that brings momentum and color back into everyday life.
Each material, each gesture, each creation becomes an awakening of the senses, a (re)discovery of one’s natural creativity.
In a soothing and inspiring setting, you will rediscover the simple pleasure of creating, with no expectations and no goal other than doing something good for yourself.

For anyone seeking serenity and creativity.
For all those who dream of taking a break, putting the phone down, listening to the silence, unplugging the mind, and letting their hands express themselves and create…
Here, no experience is needed: we are not seeking perfection, but simply to live the moment fully, within a warm and caring group.
Whether you love flowers, are passionate about painting, feel good balanced practicing yoga, or simply curious, this retreat was created for you, gentle, inspiring, essential.

Two passionate professionals — your hosts for this Creative Retreat

Clarissa, a graduate in Art and Design from Brazil, worked for 11 years as an Art Director in New York City and for 13 years as a creative consultant in Geneva for luxury brands.
During the pandemic, she returned to her lifelong passions: art and yoga, which she has practiced since 2004.
She holds an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher certificate and has over 20 years of yoga practice, bringing depth, guidance, and mindfulness to all her sessions.
Her creations, using a variety of mediums, explore light, shadow, and texture, celebrating nature through organic and expressive works. Deeply committed to the preservation of the Amazon and its indigenous peoples, Clarissa aims to raise awareness about their vital role in protecting this region.
Since 2022, she has been offering workshops that combine yoga and painting in her Geneva studio, as well as in collaboration with other creators.
She believes that creating art together nurtures connection, mindfulness, and healing.

Marine, Floral Designer
A passionate florist for over ten years. Her professional journey began with a wedding company in Australia, an experience that truly gave momentum to her career. When she returned, she chose to settle in Geneva, where she had the privilege of working for five inspiring years at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues.
When her daughter was born in 2020, she decided to take a pause. A year later, she created Tavola, driven by the desire to share her love for flowers. The Floral Retreats are her most cherished projects.
One day, she hopes to welcome you into her own home and see you create with flowers grown in her garden…
In the meantime, she invites you into beautiful spaces that make her dream, to experience creative, relaxing, and restorative weekends.
